Meet The Catalyst Crew

The Catalyst Crew is a major reason why our sports performance and athlete development training beats the rest. We are the only soccer-specific training facility in San Diego and so we ensure that every coach has an elite soccer background in addition to a deep passion for the sport.

TCTC coaches have played soccer at the premier club, college, semi-pro, and professional levels and have been trained to teach body mechanics, strength, speed, and conditioning to soccer athletes.  TCTC coaches are independent from direct employment with soccer clubs, Cal South, or ODP teams so that there are no concerns for conflicts of interest when training players at TCTC because we are here for the benefit of any and all players no matter what team they are on or what organization they are associated with.

Alicia Piz – Owner and Head Soccer Performance Specialist

• Fun Facts: Will love you forever if you give her a Pepsi, her guilty pleasure it watching Days of Our Lives (when she actually takes a day off), and had 6 knee surgeries (5 in 3 years) from soccer

• Fun Facts: Had shoulder surgery from a soccer injury, has torn (not pulled, but ripped) both quadricep muscles, was recruited by Stanford football for place kicking, coached high school tennis in Las Vegas, and will do anything for peanut M&Ms
